Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to spearhead our innovative projects and drive technological advancements.

  • Oversee end-to-end software development initiatives, taking ownership from inception to deployment.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions utilizing Python as the primary language.
  • Conduct thorough research and development (R&D) to explore new technologies, enhance existing systems, and foster innovation.
  • Perform rigorous software testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications.
  • Collaborate closely with electronics teams to integrate software with hardware components seamlessly.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver integrated software solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Software Development, Programming, and Python.
  • Proficiency in Research and Development techniques and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • Solid understanding of Electronics and hardware integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
