The Implementation Consultant will own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft comprehensive solutions for clients' needs through end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Cloud products.
  2. Develop SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  3. Oversee project execution across various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  4. Foster strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams & QA to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  6. Test process flows, provide end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.

Skill & Experience Needed:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university)
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Exposure to international clients / projects
