Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Station Leader. As a key member of the culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food products for various outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of a particular workstation engaged in preparing and cooking food products.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to employees and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare daily requisitions and conduct inventory of workstation storage.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes prepared.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service.
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie is highly desirable.
  • Culinary school degree is required.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
