Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that provides advertising, branding strategy, creative communication, digital marketing, and more.

  • We have two divisions - one focuses on advertising, event management, and digital marketing, while the other is a stock photo e-commerce portal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

  • This includes coordinating and planning for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities, as well as managing the digital marketing and social media content calendar every month.
  • Making strong PowerPoint presentations and planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns are key responsibilities.
  • In addition, the candidate will manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging content and regular updates, and run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Qualifications include experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills, excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Other beneficial skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital marketing tools, experience in the advertising or media industry, and fluency in multiple languages.
