Technology Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee technology delivery across various teams. This individual should have strong domain expertise in financial markets and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives globally.
- Drive modernization of legacy platforms using cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Implement best practices in Agile/Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in software delivery for BFSI (with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems).
Skills:
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in delivery challenges.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and use of AI for delivery productivity.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
