Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide an exceptional experience for all guests, taking beverage orders, answering questions about drink options, and offering recommendations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including checking and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, notifying management when supplies are running low.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all beverages are served in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding alcohol consumption and service.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, and complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
