Visual Content Specialist

About this role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Content Specialist to create engaging visual assets for our brand.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to conceptualize and create digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website design that align with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual identity strategy across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to create creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our design strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.
  • Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Strong understanding of video editing, including animations, motion graphics.
  • Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
