Generative AI Developer

This is a temporary contract position for an innovative software engineer at a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely and support various digital product teams in the AI center of excellence.
  • Contribute to building key prioritized generative AI solutions for achieving functional AI/Gen AI vision.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python development.
  • 2+ years of experience in building generative AI products at scale.
  • Expertise in developing generative AI-based solutions using frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, Agent SDK.
  • Experience driving end-to-end design, development & deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific generative AI business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Gen AI development, including multi-agentic architecture, agent orchestration, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and large language model evaluations.
