We are seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer to lead our global logistics technology platform towards digital transformation.

The CTO will take the reins of a well-established software organization, leading strategic technology initiatives, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy & Vision: Understand current needs and anticipate future requirements for our clients, ensuring continuous innovation and revolution in our SaaS product.
  • Define and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
  • Own the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation across all platforms.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to scale engineering organizations and lead distributed teams across regions.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
