As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our products. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Robust Automation Frameworks: Utilize advanced test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin) to create efficient automation frameworks that ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Perform Manual and Automated Testing: Conduct thorough testing across web, API, and integration layers to guarantee product quality and identify potential issues early on.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to design and implement effective test strategies that meet business requirements.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Test Automation Framework Development: Possess in-depth knowledge of test automation framework development using Java or framework language, including strong OOP concepts (inheritance, abstraction, polymorphism), clean code practices with SOLID principles, and exception handling.
  • Business Analysis: Demonstrate ability to write clear and concise business-readable feature files and map steps correctly to ensure reusability and modularity.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience in mentoring junior QA team members and contributing to overall process improvements through collaboration and open communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation frameworks from scratch.
