We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the account opening and Know Your Customer (KYC) operations for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of clients, managing customer identification and verification processes, and facilitating account setup.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- CKYC & KRA: Manage customer identification and verification processes for regulatory compliance.
- Online and offline Demat and Trading Account opening: Process client applications, verify documentation, and facilitate account setup.
- ReKYC and KYC handling for inspection: Conduct thorough reviews and updates of customer data to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Evaluate documentation for new customer accounts: Assess the completeness and validity of client information, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Must be a graduate with relevant degree or experience.
- Able to perform accurate and time-bound actions in routine and assigned tasks.
