About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full-stack Developer to spearhead our web platform's architecture, scalability, and security.

  • Lead development of high-performance, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for optimal performance.
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy.
  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection.
  • Mentor and review junior developers' work to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting).
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.).
  • Document processes, create handover guides, and establish technical SOPs.

Key Requirements:

  • Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript.
  • MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Coding standards and mentoring.
  • Problem-solving and system design skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines).
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization.
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Redis/queues for caching and job processing.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices.
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog).
