Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

Location: Bengaluru or Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Experience: 6+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Specialist with a strong background in Axiom and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial reporting platforms, excellent hands-on experience with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Axiom Controller View.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Axiom regulatory reporting applications.
  • Write and optimize high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Understand and implement business logic within the Axiom platform for financial reporting.
  • Work closely with business analysts and finance teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and validation, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Support system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of total IT experience, with strong exposure to SQL development.
  • At least 24 months of hands-on experience in Axiom Controller View.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL, joins, data modeling, data extraction, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of banking/finance domain, especially regulatory and risk reporting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent deliverables.
