Job Title: Social Media Manager\

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a digital storyteller, you will be responsible for shaping the online presence of our growing institution and directly impacting admissions growth.

  • Paid Campaigns: Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns to generate quality leads.\
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to deliver high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics.\
  • Content Creation: Write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that connect with students and parents.\
  • Analytics: Track & analyze campaign performance using various tools.\
  • Remarketing: Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students and improve conversion rates.\
  • Admissions Alignment: Align closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.\
  • Campaign Strategy: Innovate with campaign strategies for scholarship tests, education fairs, school outreach, and admissions push.\
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, paid ads, and performance marketing.\
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.\

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media management + paid marketing.\
  • Skills: Hands-on expertise with multiple advertising platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.\
  • Qualities: Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\
