• Plan and execute downstream processing strategies for improved product quality and yield.
• Operate chromatography equipment and UF/DF systems to purify proteins, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute pilot-scale batches, generating high-quality products for stability studies.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including R&D reports, technical transfer documents, and other relevant materials.
• Manage and record raw data from lab and pilot-scale experiments, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance existing products.
• Maintain and calibrate downstream processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field.
• 7-11 years of experience in the biotech industry, with a focus on downstream processing.
