Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented visual communications specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating high-quality 3D visualizations for retail and commercial interior spaces.

This role requires translating 2D concepts into photorealistic renderings that effectively communicate design intent, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and renders for retail and commercial interiors.
  • Develop models using SketchUp and render them using Enscape to achieve realistic output.
  • Work closely with architects and interior designers to interpret design concepts and visually bring them to life.
  • Optimize 3D scenes for lighting, textures, materials, and composition to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures for efficient reuse.
  • Participate in design discussions to provide input on spatial visualization and presentation aesthetics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing visuals for the Retail Industry.
  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Enscape.
  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape is essential.
  • Familiarity with rendering workflows, lighting setups, and material mapping.
  • Good eye for composition, scale, and detailing in visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver quality output under tight timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other post-processing tools is a plus.
