ExxonMobil's Presence in India

We have affiliates in India, including offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region. Our India-based teams support the Product Solutions business, marketing, sales, and distribution of performance and specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses.

Our LNG affiliate in India supports the upstream business, providing consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducting LNG market-development activities.

The Role of the Contract Manager

  • Develop project spot orders and maintain a portfolio of service contracts
  • Host workshops with project management to develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure for capital projects
  • Lead contract development, ensuring consistency between General Terms and Conditions Document and all other contract components
  • Lead commercial evaluations, ensuring accurate reflection of contractual or technical/execution issues in final total evaluated cost and contract documents
  • Ensure all documents and exhibits are complete and included in final agreements

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in service contracts as a Contracts Manager.

The candidate should have a strong commercial proficiency, including contract development, negotiation, and influence, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to integrate easily with project teams.
