Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Quality Engineer, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electric vehicle (EV) technology parts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with experience in planning, auditing, and improving processes. They will be responsible for facilitating team member and supplier performance reviews, ensuring timely completion of projects, and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of product, process, and system audits
  • Validation and verification of corrective action plans (CAPAs)
  • Facilitation of team member and supplier performance reviews
  • Ensuring product, process, and system approval for smooth development and sustenance of EV technology parts
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
