Develop high-quality solutions using X++ in a global environment.

This role involves designing, developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 and experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance ER configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets.
  • Supply Chain including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
