Tax Compliance Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance across multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Excel and tax compliance tools, with excellent communication skills and a leadership mindset to take ownership of work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax compliance across multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and file returns, challans, correction statements, and reconciliations
  • Work with tax portals and compliance software to ensure smooth processes
  • Represent clients professionally in communications with authorities and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on tax laws, sections, rules, and compliance notifications
  • Lead and guide junior team members while ensuring quality in deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com. (mandatory). Pursuing / passed / incomplete CA Inter preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in tax compliance
  • Strong command of Excel (formulas, pivot, MIS reports) and tax compliance tools
  • Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset to take ownership of work
