As a leader in analytics engineering, you will design and scale data platforms, drive dashboard standards, and own process automation to ensure a reliable analytics ecosystem.

\

You will lead the deployment and monitoring of batch-based machine learning models, define standards for model execution, and collaborate with model builders for smooth model-to-production handoff.

\

Additionally, you will mentor team members on SQL and data engineering patterns, manage a backlog of dashboard requests with clear service level agreements, and partner with risk/policy/product teams for agile implementation.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\

1. Architect Data Platforms

\

- Design and oversee datamarts and curated data views across domains.

\

- Establish data modeling best practices, documentation, and governance.

\

2. Lead Dashboarding and Visualization

\

- Drive dashboard standards, governance, and usability across business teams.

\

- Lead the design of executive-level and operational dashboards.

\

3. Own Business Rule Engines

\

- Own the design and governance of production rule engines for credit/fraud policies.

\

- Ensure scalable, tested, and version-controlled deployment of rules.

\

4. Collaborate on ML Deployment

\

- Lead the deployment and monitoring of batch-based machine learning models.

\

- Define standards for model execution, monitoring, and retraining workflows.

\

5. Implement Automation and SLAs

\

- Define and enforce service level agreements for data, dashboard, and business rule changes.

\

- Introduce automated solutions using tools like workflow orchestration, CI/CD pipelines.

\

6. Lead Small Teams

\

- Lead a small team with responsibility for prioritization, quality, and development.

\

- Conduct regular reviews, mentorship, and skill development.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics engineering / BI / data platforms.

\

• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration experience.

\

• Strong BI expertise (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or equivalent).

\

• Hands-on with machine learning model deployment (batch pipelines, monitoring, scheduling).

\

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, GCP/AWS/Azure).

\

• Experience with workflow automation (Airflow, dbt, n8n, CI/CD).

\

• Prior experience in leading small teams and stakeholder management.
