About This Role
The successful candidate will have 14+ years of experience in the Banking Industry, with at least 5+ years of strong background in end-to-end Program delivery/Process creation, transformation, and re-engineering/Digital transformation. They must have experience leading large complex process improvement projects from design to delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong executive-ready presentation skills and experience working with senior leaders. Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques is essential. Adaptability to changing environments and ambiguity is crucial, along with attention to detail and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves strategizing and planning project deliverables aligned with business objectives. Defining, estimating, and scheduling project tasks and interdependencies is key. Identifying project resource requirements and collaborating with stakeholders ensures adequate resources are available for project commitments.

In this position, you will analyze current processes, recognize pain points, and areas for improvement to design/enhance future processes. You will implement changes through automation and digitalization while ensuring risk management and control upfront. Effective communication and stakeholder management are vital to success.

Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or Technology. Strong qualifications include PMP certification, Six Sigma/Black Belt, JIRA/Power BI/SharePoint, and Agile Project Delivery experience.
