Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support our project management team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative support to the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including schedules, risk registers, and project KPIs.
  • Prepare and maintain various project-related documents, such as project progress reports, invoices, and budget records.
  • Manage inventory asset lists and issue register.
  • Perform various tasks assigned on projects or related to operations.
  • Support project managers in planning, control, and implementation of assigned projects.
  • Administer relevant project databases.
  • Conduct regular project control meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients to develop client-contractor relationships.
  • Understand project-specific contractual terms and conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in engineering with two years of relevant experience, preferably in Mechanical or allied branches.
  • Project Management qualification, certification.

Skills:

  • Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices.
