We're seeking a skilled Technical Problem-Solving Expert to join our team at Trilogy. In this role, you'll be working with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve complex issues that AI systems can't fully address.

As a Technical Problem-Solving Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Integrating technical human expertise and AI capabilities to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Analyzing complex tickets escalated by AI systems and applying human expertise to areas where AI falls short
  • Reviewing AI-generated solutions and providing detailed feedback and participating in AI model fine-tuning sessions
  • Prototyping and testing new AI tools and methodologies

You'll be working with a wide range of products and will be expected to ramp up quickly. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning.

Requirements for the role include:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer support or engineering role
  • Advanced generative AI proficiency, including the ability to automate workflows and customize GPTs
