Fund Management Compliance Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Fund Management team as a Senior Manager/Chief Compliance Officer. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in compliance management, particularly in the AIF/PMS/Fixed Income sector.
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients on SEBI AIF/PMS compliances, resolving regulatory queries, and ensuring timely completion of audits. You will also assist in group-level restructuring projects and ensure that our company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with clients on SEBI AIF/PMS compliances
- Resolving regulatory queries
- Coordinating during inspections/audits
- Assisting in group-level restructuring projects
- E nsuring regulatory compliance
We require an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A strong background in securities market activities and financial products is essential, including experience in portfolio management, broker dealers, investment advisors, wealth managers, research analysts, or fund management. Candidates with exposure to AIF/PMS compliance are highly desirable.
