We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Strategy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth while minimizing negative impacts.

The ESG Strategy Specialist will work closely with senior management to identify key ESG priorities and develop plans to address them. This will involve conducting research on market trends and industry best practices, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing ESG strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Conducting research on ESG topics and presenting findings to senior management
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of ESG strategies
  • Analyzing data to inform ESG decision-making and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sustainability and ESG
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ESG concepts effectively
