Agentic AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. This role involves full lifecycle ownership, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate will drive key technical decisions, shape the evolution of our AI platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management.
  • Develop sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
