We prepare project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

  • We engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • We participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules.
  • We study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features.
  • We integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central.
  • We develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients.
  • We implement ONB20 with existing references for the client.
  • We provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • We stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends.
  • We provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is required.
