About This Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the sales process and ensuring timely closure of deals. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences during project implementation.

You will lead and own quality and accuracy in design deliverables, as well as manage an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure
  • Providing excellent Customer Experience during a project
  • Leading and owning quality & accuracy of design deliverables
  • Owning an end-to-end Project lifecycle
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of academic education or relevant diploma
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior designer
  • Experience leading and delivering at least 5 to 6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, Civil works & Services
  • Sales expertise in logical & trusted Sales pitch, Design meetings with customers
  • Result-oriented, team player, integrity, ethics, crisp communication
Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Ability to create designs based on conversations with clients
  • Confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback
