Faculty Opportunity in Bakery and Patisserie

We are seeking a highly skilled Faculty member to lead our Bakery and Patisserie program. As a key instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing curriculum, and mentoring students in the art of baking and patisserie.

  • Teach classes on Bread Baking, Cake Decorating, and Pastry Arts
  • Create and update curriculum to meet industry standards and student needs
  • Supervise student activities during practical sessions and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate student performance and identify areas for improvement
  • PARTicipate in workshops, training sessions, and events to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Bakery, Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bakery/patisserie operations with expertise in teaching/training
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and mentor students in a dynamic learning environment
