This is a dynamic role for a Content Creation Specialist who will work with the editorial team to produce high-quality content for various marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English/Hindi writing skills, be able to research and deliver grammatically error-free content, and have a good understanding of data analysis.
The Content Creation Specialist will also be responsible for:
- Creating and translating content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBooks, infographics, and quizzes in English/Hindi;
- Researching relevant trends, keywords, and gaps in content online to create fresh content for the Devotional space;
- Developing content quality benchmarks and managing the quality of published content;
- Commissioning articles from freelance and in-house writers and ensuring timely delivery;
- Evaluating and approving submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content;
The successful candidate should be highly accountable, take initiatives, and have a process-oriented mindset with scalable thinking. They should also have experience in building teams and processes, love technology, and be passionate about the Devotional, Mythology, and Spiritual space.
