Executive Leader for HR Transformation

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to spearhead our efforts in HR transformation, focusing on the adoption and implementation of Generative AI technology.

  1. Leadership Role: Drive business development, delivery excellence, and practice growth in People & Change Advisory offerings.
  2. Strategic Pursuits: Develop and convert strategic pursuits across HR transformation, change management, and digital workforce advisory.
  3. Engagement Delivery: Act as engagement partner for large-scale HR and people transformation programs enabled by Gen AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the go-to-market strategy for Gen AI-enabled people transformation services.
  • CXO-Level Relationships: Develop CXO-level relationships with clients across industries and global markets.
  • Practice Growth: Build Wipro's global People & Change delivery assets, frameworks, and accelerators.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Wipro in external forums, webinars, and analyst briefings on the future of work, HR innovation, and AI-driven change.

Preferred Experience & Background:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.
  • 15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ years in HR advisory, change management, or people transformation.
  • A strong track record in sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.
  • Familiarity with change adoption methodologies and AI-driven workforce design.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • A strategic advisory mindset with strong commercial acumen and client influence.
  • A deep understanding of HR transformation levers, Gen AI implications, and workforce change dynamics.
