Manufacturing Technology SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technology Specialist to join our team.This role will involve designing and implementing real-time data acquisition visualization, reporting solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems.The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, expertise in digital transformation initiatives, and experience with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation.The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.Additionally, the Manufacturing Technology Specialist will mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, database technologies, and industrial control systems.You should also have proficiency in database technologies, SQL Server MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent, and hands-on experience with OTIT integration technologies.Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88, ISA99IEC 62443 is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT is desirable, and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments is a must.Certifications such as Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certifications would be an advantage.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead transformative manufacturing technology projects and make a meaningful impact on our organization.Responsibilities:
