Job Title: Domain Expert

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Expert to support our proposal development team. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform to provide technical and domain knowledge for proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs to identify client pain points and break down technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria
  • Provide insight into client expectations, solution differentiators, and market trends
  • Work with proposal writers to develop technical sections, approaches, and win themes
  • Translate delivery/operational knowledge into clear, structured inputs for the proposal team
  • Participate in SME interviews/workshops to brainstorm solutions and approaches
  • Contribute to building a knowledge/content library of reusable technical material, case studies, and solution narratives
  • Review draft proposals to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with requirements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform domains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to interpret technical requirements and map them to practical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Familiarity with U.S. government / SLED / commercial IT procurement processes is a plus (training can be provided if not)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (proposal writers, capture, operations)
