ERP Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and a strong background in security implementation.

As an ERP Security Expert, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the ERP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.

Key responsibilities include creating the strategy and approach for UI masking solutions, leading the creation of test scripts for unit testing, functional, and UAT testing for UI Masking, and creating end-user training decks for UI masking and ABAC. You will also create remediation plans for Onapsis vulnerability assessment findings and lead the resolution working with the Basis, SAP security, and platform teams.

Deliver security training and end-user training in all areas as required, such as ABAC, UI masking, etc. Design and implement solutions involving information security and compliance needs, providing in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept, or organization-wide deployment. Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience applying ERP security features and best practices.
• Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within ERP landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Prior experience as a people manager.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
