Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing financial expertise and guidance to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS, ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits, maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions, analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Technical Accounting & Advisory: Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS), provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc., support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal, present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Understanding of: IND AS, IFRS, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on Experience in: FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in: Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.
  • Excellent Analytical, Communication, and Presentation Skills.
