Job Overview:

The AI Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects for various AI products.

This includes ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, using Agile methodologies to streamline project progress and identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the SNOW service ticket management system queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues and escalating as needed for timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design and ensure effective implementation.
  • Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
