Job Description:- Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and develop targeted solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to translate business and technology models into actionable plans.
- Develop and implement quality code using industry-leading methodologies.
- Expertise in multi-dimensional modeling, Excel spreadsheet development, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management with hands-on experience in end-to-end system implementation for direct or indirect sales channels.
- Strong understanding of data integration with customer source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 4 years' relevant experience on Varicent tool.
- 4 years of consulting/implementation prior experience with premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion, etc.
