Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the physical security operations across the facility. This involves implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures, as well as collaborating with various teams to develop and implement crisis management protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Support day-to-day physical security operations, including assisting in the implementation and enforcement of Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures.">
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Crisis Management and Business Continuity teams to support the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols.">
  • Support front desk security operations, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.">
  • Manage maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.">
  • Assist in coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.">
  • Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams during overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">

Preferred Qualifications

">

Indirect leadership experience, experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure, knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness would be advantageous.
