About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring their successful execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cybersecurity hackathons, innovation challenges, simulations, and learning-based technical events to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge research initiatives and assist in developing research-backed reports and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Nurture relationships with external partners, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts to advance research productization efforts.
  • Support the creation and publication of technical knowledge documents and program outcomes that demonstrate impact.
  • Maintain industry awareness and identify potential problem statements for future program ideas that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in hosting and running technical webinars, workshops, and challenge-based learning formats by contributing to agenda development, speaker identification, etc.
  • Coordinate with startups, academia, and industry to support cybersecurity product development and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, preferably with a cybersecurity focus.
  • 4–8 years of experience in technical program execution or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of broad cybersecurity and technology domains.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating delivering tech programs (Challenges, Hackathons, Education, Training, etc.,) or community initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft thought-leadership pieces in terms of technical reports/webinars in Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies.
  • Preference for experience working with academia and government ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • This role may require business travel across the country.
