About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller who can work independently, think critically, and maintain a high level of professionalism during interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls to clients, meeting daily call targets and building relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. You will engage in outbound sales calls to clients, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Your daily tasks will include making a set number of calls, which may involve cold calling or following up with existing leads.
  3. You will collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights that can help drive sales growth.
  4. Your goal is to continuously improve your product knowledge and effectively communicate the value of our services to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher Secondary
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong proficiency in local language and English is required.
  • Good data entry skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics.
