Enterprise Architecture Specialist

Drive the evolution of our Enterprise Architecture teams and services, facilitating alignment between business and IT. Engage stakeholders, adapt to changing models, analyze trends, and communicate value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategy and guide execution by analyzing business and operating models, market trends, and technology industry impacts.
  • Connect strategy to execution through collaborative support, driving digital business strategies and balancing innovation and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships, positioning the EA practice as an internal consultancy, offering services and skills to support business strategy development and execution.
  • Orchestrate delivery of business outcomes by developing business architecture, bringing alignment across business and IT, and supporting solution design and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of business experience in strategic planning, operations planning, business analysis, or enterprise architecture consulting.
  • 4+ years of experience in at least two disciplines, such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations in a multitier environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, data, and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models, and frameworks.
  • Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure, and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in one or more telco value chains (concept to market, lead to order, order to cash, trouble to resolve) across B2C and B2B.
  • Understanding of various BSS modules and telco journeys, including lead/opportunity management, CRM, order management, CPQ, billing, mediation, provisioning, collections, channels, customer care, etc.
  • Knowledge of telecom products across wireline, wireless, and enterprise domains.
