Job Overview:

An Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher in Organic Chemistry will be responsible for developing and synthesizing organic compounds for various applications. Key responsibilities include laboratory experiments, data analysis, and result interpretation to drive innovation and advance research goals.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in Organic Chemistry principles and techniques, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher in Organic Chemistry.

Responsibilities:
  • Laboratory Experiments: Design and execute synthetic routes to target compounds.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data to troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.
  • Purification and Characterization: Purify and characterize organic molecules using analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address project challenges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
Requirements:
  • A PhD or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field(s) or exceptional ability.
  • 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Organic Chemistry principles and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
  • Laboratory equipment and analytical instrument proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
