About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned iOS expert to lead our iOS development team. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI & Combine.

You'll work closely with our product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to implement new features and ensure seamless app performance. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will help you manage communication and coordination between onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI & Combine.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to implement new features and ensure seamless app performance.
  • Manage communication and coordination between onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and solve technical challenges.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in iOS technologies and development best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in iOS app development, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine and iOS frameworks (UIKit, CoreData, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the iOS ecosystem, app lifecycle, and App Store guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and modern iOS libraries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, testing frameworks, and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Firebase, AWS) and third-party integrations.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
