Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications;
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports;
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes;
  • Ensure follow-ups on action items and commitments;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules and priorities;
  • Oversee confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion;
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation;
  • Maintain records, files, and databases for easy access and retrieval;
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects;
  • Liaise with department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the CEO's directives;
  • Monitor key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives;
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools;
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise;
  • Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
