Machine Learning Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Professional to spearhead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on Recommender Systems. They will also possess a deep understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical direction for projects and break down business requirements into work for the team to execute on.
  • Develop and implement machine learning solutions, including configuration and integration, to fulfill business objectives.
  • Deliver AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies for multiple products or complex projects with minimal guidance.
  • Train and mentor colleagues.
  • Explain complex concepts and influence others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.
  • Craft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation.
  • Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially Recommender Systems.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps.
  • At least 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably AWS, AWS SageMaker).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras.
