Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our team.

This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months (renewable) and remote work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities within the organization and providing solutions that help achieve business goals during the transformation phase.

  • Functional Expertise: Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
  • Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for finance functions. Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Collect and analyze business requirements for Fusion Financials Implementation projects.
  • Documentation: Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations.
  • Design Development: Assist in design, development, testing, and implementation of the fusion solution.
  • Integration: Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with third-party applications e.g., banking systems, procurement systems, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to enhance/automate ERP applications for optimal financial performance.
  • Gaps Analysis: Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions. Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
  • Reporting: Provide technical expertise in building financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion. Respond to stakeholder queries and concerns promptly.
  • Testing: Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts. Work with documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.
  • Process Engineering: Develop functional models, conduct bench-marking, and process analysis. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the finance function.
  • Data Migration: Provide assistance in Data cleansing, transformation & data mapping activities corresponding to the migration phase of the projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials: Proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify problems and opportunities within the organization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
