Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Team Member to provide critical support to our operations. This role will involve data entry, data checks, and back office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine identity proof documents for authenticity using established protocols.
  • Extract relevant data points from received documents and compare them with provided information.
  • Compare live images with image templates in corresponding identity documents using standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide continuous insights on process techniques.
  • Utilize exceptional ID verification and document printing skills.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an office or BPO environment
  • Good typing skills (min 25wpm with 90% accuracy)

Additional Information:

  • Able to work rotational shifts and week offs as process operates 24/7
