Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of our India office team as a Traffic Modelling Expert with prior experience in network modelling and transportation transaction advisory. You will work as part of our global team spanning across UK, Europe, North America, LATAM, and India providing solutions to private sector clients, including investors, operators, and concessionaries within the infrastructure sector.
You will be responsible for delivering successful projects as a traffic modeller, primarily on toll road transaction projects (also supporting overseas transactions). Your technical expertise will drive analysis, report writing, and presentations to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver successful projects (time, cost, quality) as a traffic modeller.
- Provide technical expertise and drive analysis, report writing, and presentations to clients.
- Manage, supervise, and coach more junior members of the team.
- Deliver effective proposals, engage in business development, and develop a market presence.
Candidates will have relevant prior network modelling and transportation transaction advisory work experience, having built network models using software platforms like VISUM, CUBE, EMME, SATURN etc. They should also have experience of delivering successful projects across a range of toll roads and geographies within and outside India.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use Microsoft packages, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. They must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues in other disciplines and with different cultures and across time zones.
Salary and BenefitsAs a Traffic Modelling Expert, you can expect a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 per annum, plus benefits including private medical insurance, annual leave, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Provident Fund contribution, and a discretionary yearly bonus based on annual compensation.
