About the Opportunity:

As a seasoned Embedded Engineering leader, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge drone systems and hardware solutions in a dynamic startup environment focused on advancing drone technology.

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers to drive innovation and collaboration, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and align with business goals.
  • Drive the design, development, and integration of embedded systems for drones, working hands-on with hardware, software, sensor systems, flight control, and RF communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, applying Agile methodologies to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, empowering engineers to explore new ideas and solutions that advance the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in UAV/drone technology, including flight control, autonomy, and navigation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and sensor systems, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and embedded systems.
  • Proven experience managing and inspiring engineering teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management concepts and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
